We love this place. Been here for breakfast twice. Very friendly service with a smile, and a wonderful community vibe. It’s obvious the staff sincerely appreciates your business. Delicious omelettes and potatoes, very homemade/non-processed and not at all greasy. Everything else on the menu looks good too. Very reasonable prices. 5 happy stars!

I've been to Tyger's dozens of times over the years, that is, until the cockroach incident. I grab a table at the window, i start to look over the menu, when a cockroach scampers across the table. The lady who works there was wiping down a table nearby, she seems the roach, and swats it off the table. And that was it. No apologies, no embarrassment, not even a sign of disgust. It was all matter of fact, second nature attitude. Now here's the good news, for the first time during the 25 years ive been a resident of Glen Park, Tyger's is closed down for a renovation. I'm hoping they completely gut the place. Its needed a deep clean and gut job for at least 25 years.

Absolutely love this place! Great portions, prices are fantastic. Service is always great and so is the food. Cash only just as an FYI.

Solid place for breakfast in the heart of Glenn Park. 2 blocks from bar station with good parking most days. Been around for ever.. Great sausage and eggs with hash brown, and toast. Local diner feel. Always good service with a few colorful locals mixed in. Large oj is not that big, so I drank 3. Still got out for under $20 with tip and left full and satisfied as always. Place is a winner.
